Return & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to love the experience of shopping with us and feel happy with their purchases, but if something isn't right, let us know.

Once received, the customer care team at RGRK would inspect the product for the need for exchange and based on their jurisdiction, the exchange will be made possible.

Goods must be returned in the same packaging they were sent in. All items must be unused, unworn and have their original tags attached. All items must be returned with the original delivery note.

Any garment sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn and unwashed. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return/exchange.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Return Terms:

  • No Made to Order products are eligible for return
An item is only applicable for return if you have received:
  • Damaged Product
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
  • If you received a product that was damaged in transit. Kindly retain an image of the damaged outer packaging before you open the product and send this to us.

Exchange Terms:

We offer exchange on Ready to Ship products only if there is:

  • Incorrect product
  • Size discrepancy
  • The exchange request should be initiated with 2-3 business day of receiving the product
  • Please Note: Returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and these terms of return and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third parties and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not offer return/exchange for international orders. Your purchase will be applicable for return/exchange only if you have received:

Any additional costs involved in return/exchange (shipping charges, custom duties or taxes) will be bearded by the customer.
