Do you offer made-to-order service?

Yes, RGRK provides made-to-order services for all the products

Do you provide customizations?

RGRK provides with minor customizations with respect to size and color only if the style permits.

Are there any additional charges for different size requirement?

Yes, we levy additional 25% charges for XXL-4XL size requirement.

Can I cancel my order?

No cancellations.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What is the timeline for shipping and delivery?

Ready to Ship selection will be Shipped within 72 hours.

Made to Order products the information is product specific and mentioned against each garment on our website. An estimated shipping time for made to order products will range from 20-45 days, depending on the product.

Ships Within 25-30 days (Shirts, Tops, Cape, Dupatta, Trouser, Kurta)

Ships Within 35-45 days (Classic Jacket, Dresses, Sherwani, Bandhgala, Tuxedo, Saree, Kaftan)

Ships Within 45-50 days (Heavy Embroidery pieces)

Do you offer priority delivery option?

Yes, we offer priority delivery for our customers at an additional cost based on weight of the garment and the delivery location.

What are the shipping charges?

We provide free shipping across India and on international orders above $6000. For products $6000 and below, we charge a standard international shipping fee depending on the volumetric weight of the parcel.

Are there any duties and taxes applicable?

All of RGRK orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Delhi, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and are to be borne by the customer.
